Hempfield Area Democratic Committee serves voters in the Hempfield School District. The Hempfield area includes 26 voting precincts within 4 municipalities in Lancaster County, PA: East Hempfield Township, West Hempfield Township, East Petersburg Borough, and Mountville Borough.

HADC works to elect Democratic candidates to local, county, state, and federal offices.
